I started instaling Studio BIM PRO, and without realizing that the instalation wasn´t over I opened a Revit window.

It doesn´t matter, surely after another Revit was opened automatically, once the update was ended. Just in case, close both Revit, or at least the one that you opened and after when loggin again you will have the add-in updated.
