When importing from Grafsystem, there was a warning where it said that I had duplicated geometry and that one of the would be erased, but I didn´t have duplicated geometry. [PRO]

In the importation window, there is an option to generate the geometry. Check if that option is applied. This option creates the geometry that was defined in grafsystem and inserts in Revit as a linked Revit file.
