I modified the (BOM TOTAL, BOM WK, …) schedule and when codifying it erased/overwrote it.

This schedules are compulsory for codifying and they are modified everytime the the users codifies. It is recommendable not to apply changes in those tables, and to duplicate them in case you want to personalize some fields.
