When using the add-in, certain standards will be needed by the add-in, which will need to be included in the project.
Those standards will be transferred using the [Transfer Standards] button.
This tool loads and updates all necessary information (parameters, families, schedules…) required by the ULMA Construction add-in to function adequately. Within Transfer Standards, it is possible to select which elements to update or loan into the project, but some of them are mandatory for the tools to work properly:
- Schedules: Uploads (if they do not exist) or updates schedules in the active project. (Mandatory)
- Families: The add-in uploads the families required by other ULMA Construction tools in the active project to ensure successful task performance. (Mandatory). When selected, the overwrite checkbox will update families and their respective parameters in the active project.
- Parameters: By default, this is always checked as active, as it is essential to update parameters for the functionality and performance of other ULMA Construction tools. (Mandatory)
- Filters: Selecting this check box, the add-in will update the filters in the active project based on the project template configuration. (Optional)
- View Templates: The view filters in the active project will be updated based on the information found in the project template. (Optional)
